• Farm Size: The poultry house measures 90m x 13m x 2.5m.
• Chicken Cage Specifications: Livi’s A type layer battery cages (195cm x 45cm x 41cm) are used. Each battery cage for layers can house 160 hens.
• Poultry Cage Arrangement: A total of 126 sets of layer cages are installed, arranged in 3 rows with 42 sets per row. This setup accommodates up to 20,160 hens, ensuring optimal space and productivity.

Manure Removal System:

• System Type: A scraper-type manure removal system is used, powered by a single motor. This system can clean all three rows of cages simultaneously.
• Equipment Size: The scraper system measures 1.5m x 1.2m x 0.4m, with adjustable dimensions based on the farm’s needs.
• Manure Channel: A specially designed manure channel with a front depth of 30-35cm and rear depth of 35-40cm ensures efficient collection and removal of poultry waste.
