Chicken farm layout

The area of the chicken farm is 190M*212M.

The chicken farm has 13 chicken houses, 12 chicken houses and 1 laying hen house. The size of the chicken house is 105M*15M, and the size of the laying chicken house is 87M*15M.

The infrastructure within the chicken farm includes chicken house,fodder house, egg house, disinfection zone, fecal pool, Biogas pool, customer reception area, green land and workers office.

Design of 600,000 chickens in one chicken farm

Layer raising design: Breeding 20,000 hens choose H-type layer battery cage. Chicken cage specifications are 1200mm*625mm*480mm, 4 layers. Each set of laying cage can raise 144 laying hens. It takes 140 sets of H-type layer battery cages to raise 20,000 laying hens.

140 sets of H-type laying hens cages are placed in 4 rows in the hen house, with 35 sets of chicken cages per row.

Broiler raising design: Breeding 600000 broilers choose H-type broiler battery cage. Chicken cage specifications are 1050mm*800mm*420mm, four layers. Each broiler cage can raise 136 broilers. There are 12 chicken houses in the chicken farm. Each house can house up to 50,000 chickens. Raising 50,000 broilers in a single house requires 368 sets of H-type broiler battery cages. 368 sets of H-type broiler cages are placed in 4 rows in the chicken house, with 92 sets of cages per row.
