This is a 32,400 layers chicken house design. The chicken house is highly automated and uniquely designed to maximize the use of space.

Design scheme

The chicken house size is 70M*12M*7M, which can be seen that the chicken house is very high. Therefore, the design of this unique 32,400 layer chicken house is divided into two levels to maximize the use of chicken house space.

The upper and lower layers of the chicken house are separated by high-quality iron frames and iron nets, with good weighing effect, corrosion resistance and long service life.

The type of layer chicken cage is H-type three-storey layer chicken cage, the specification is 1200mm*625mm*480mm. Each cage can raise 108 layers.

According to the size of the chicken house, 300 sets of chicken cages can be placed, and 50 sets of laying chicken cages can be placed in three rows. 150 cages are placed on each floor. The upper and lower floors have the same design.

The two-story chicken house can raise 32,400 layers.

Supporting facilities for 32,400 layers chicken house

The 32,400 layers chicken house is designed to house a variety of automated supporting chicken equipment, making the chicken house a highly automated house.

Chicken drinking water equipment and cages are used together, and each row of cages has a set of chicken drinking water equipment. Chicken drinking water equipment includes water tank, water pipe, drinking nipple.

The chicken feeding equipment is selected as the driving feeder, which is used with the trough on the cage. The wagon feeder maximizes the use of chicken house space.

Chicken manure cleaning equipment select the flat belt feces cleaning machine suitable for H-type layer battery cage.

The lighting equipment is installed in the upper and lower layers to control the laying of eggs.

The chicken environmental control system is installed on the wall of the chicken farm. Environmental control system includes fan, water curtain, small window.

Multiple chicken feed towers are installed on the outside of the chicken farm to provide sufficient feed for the chickens.
